OneTruth Crew is team and production scheduling for anyone who has to know their team is covered — a church tech or worship team, a volunteer org, a theater or production crew. It shows who's actually confirmed rather than who you asked, re-fills a role the moment someone declines, and runs the day-of rundown from your lock screen. It's coming soon, built on the same OneTruth engine as Money.

Open the coverage board before any event and every role is right there — confirmed, still waiting, or the exact spot that needs a person. You glance, and you know.
When someone drops, the roster heals
A “can’t make it” re-opens the role on the spot and proposes the people who are available, qualified, and not already overbooked. One tap sends the ask.
Assign it, or post it open
Build the roster yourself, or let qualified members claim the roles that fit them. One board, both directions — so Crew replaces the scheduling tool and the sign-up sheet.
It works on the day that matters
The run-of-show runs from your phone and your lock screen — current item, what’s next, the running clock, who’s on now — and keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi doesn’t.
Who pays
Everyone you schedule stays free.
Only the organizer subscribes. The people being rostered never pay — their willingness to be scheduled is the whole product. Pricing locks before launch.

- Does everyone on my team have to pay?
- No. Only the organizer subscribes — the people being scheduled are always free and never need a login they'll forget.
- Is my team tracked or monitored?
- No. Availability and blockouts are self-declared — people tell you when they can't, and Crew honors it. There is no location tracking of the person being scheduled. Nobody's the bad guy.
