- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- Pick the yearly plan ($129/year) and the first 7 days are free. We never charge during the trial; if you cancel before day 7 ends you pay nothing. The trial is on the yearly plan only. Cancel from Settings → Subscriptions on iPhone (Apple-managed) or Account → Billing on the web.
- What's the difference between a Member and a Subscriber?
- The Subscriber owns the workspace and pays the one subscription. Members are the people they invite — each gets their own free login, their own account, and the same live numbers, widgets, and activity feed. Members can approve requests, mark bills paid, and check off Goal milestones; the Subscriber manages billing, bank connections, and workspace settings.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep full access through the end of your billing period. After that, OneTruth Money drops to read-only — you can still see your bills, transactions, and notes, but new edits + Plaid sync pause until you re-subscribe. Your data is never deleted just because you cancelled.
- Why $14.99/mo or $129/year? What's the saving?
- $129/year breaks down to about $10.75/month — 28% less than paying monthly. The math is straightforward; we're not running a 'first month free' loss-leader, just a calmer price for committing to a year up front.
- Are Members really free?
- Yes. Invite as many people as you want into your workspace — partner, accountant, kid old enough to coordinate — they sign in free, paid for by your subscription. We don't believe the people you share with should pay for the privilege of being Members.
- iOS + web — am I billed twice?
- No. One subscription per app, paid through whichever channel you chose at signup (Apple App Store on iPhone, Stripe on web). Both sides read the same entitlement; cancelling one removes access on both.
- Why per-app pricing instead of one bundle?
- Most people don't need every app. A solo freelancer might want Money + Work; a content creator might want Money + Reach; a household might want Money + Together. Per-app pricing lets you pay for exactly what fits your life — and bundles (coming) reward picking a few.
- Family or team pricing?
- Members are free and unlimited on every paid app — invite as many as you want. Work + Together team plans land before each app's launch. OneTruth deliberately does not use Apple Family Sharing — Members are the household-sharing path with proper identity + data boundaries.
- What happens to my data if you go out of business?
- Your data is yours — exportable anytime via Settings → Privacy → Export (a single ZIP of everything we hold on you, in human-readable JSON). If we ever shut down, you get notice and a final export window first — your data leaves with you.
