Terms of Service
The agreement between you and OneTruth, written in the same plain English we use everywhere else.

1. Who's on the other side of this agreement
“We”, “us”, “OneTruth” means Hendrickson Studios, LLC, the company that operates the OneTruth apps and https://onetruth.app.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure — that's your identity here. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your Apple ID password immediately and email us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, RLS, or any other access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service at scale.
- Resell or sublicense your subscription without our written permission.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed by Apple via the App Store. Cancellation, refunds, and plan changes are handled in your Apple subscriptions settings. See Cancel or pause subscription.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantee. The app is provided “as is.” We'll always be transparent about outages on /security and via email when material data is at risk.
6. Your data
See the Privacypage for the full breakdown. Short version: we don't sell, share, or use your data outside what's strictly required to run the app.
7. Account termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We give 30 days' notice (and a data export window) before any non-fraud termination.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of Tulare County, CA.
10. Changes
We'll email every active user 30 days before any material change. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect counts as acceptance.
