Cancel or pause your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple — here's how to cancel, refund, or change your plan.
OneTruth Money's paid plan is a yearly subscription billed through Apple's App Store. That means cancellation, refunds, and plan changes happen in Apple's settings, not ours.
How to cancel
- Open the App Store app on your iPhone.
- Tap your profile picture in the top-right.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap OneTruth Money.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
You'll keep all paid features (live shared widgets, multi-workspace) until the end of your current billing period. After that, the workspace falls back to free-tier — solo features stay, the shared layer goes dormant.
How to refund
Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the OneTruth Money charge, and request a refund. Apple's refund decisions are theirs to make — we have no visibility into them and no ability to override.
How to switch plans
We currently offer one paid plan (yearly OneTruth Live). Monthly is on the roadmap but not at launch.
What happens to your data
Cancelling does not delete your data. Your bills, notes, documents, accounts, and goals stay exactly where they are. The only thing that changes is the live shared widget layer goes dark for any workspaces you own.
If you re-subscribe later, everything lights back up instantly — no re-setup.
