Documents Hub overview
An Apple Files–style library for every receipt, statement, and contract — with full-text search, smart folders, and 30-day Recently Deleted.
Documents Hub is the place every PDF, scan, and statement lives. Built to feel exactly like the Files app on iOS — because muscle memory matters — with a few finance-specific superpowers layered on top.
What lives in Documents Hub
- Bills you've scanned (joined as a single multi-page PDF per bill).
- Statements your bank emails you (forward them to your private @onetruth.app drop address).
- Contracts, leases, and warranties.
- Anything you drag in from another app via Share Sheet.
Smart folders
Smart folders auto-collect documents matching a rule:
- "All Pacific Gas & Electric bills from 2026"
- "Anything tagged 'taxes'"
- "Documents added in the last 30 days"
Smart folders are shared if their workspace is shared.
Full-text search
Every PDF is OCR'd on-device. Searching "kilowatt" finds the page in your March electric bill that mentions it. Searching "lease" finds your apartment lease and the addendum.
Peek preview
Long-press any document for a Quick Look–style peek. Pinch to zoom. Tap to open. Swipe to flick between adjacent pages.
30-day Recently Deleted
Deleted documents land in Recently Deleted for 30 days before they're permanently removed. You can restore anything from there with one tap.
Combine to PDF
Select multiple documents → Combine to PDF → joins them into a single document, in the order you selected.
